About Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center

Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center is a Vietnamese-based yoga and fitness center founded by a professional yoga master and an international personal gym trainer.

Targeting the middle and upper class in Vietnam who are able to invest time and money on their health and appearance, Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness aims to deliver personalized and effective training programs.

The Challenge

Established in early 2019, Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center quickly gained in popularity for its personalized exercise programs catering for individual’s needs and body figures. People would contact the customer service for consulting before having their name registered for the class. Everyday, Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center received hundreds of messages from the customers. Even though the support staff worked night shifts trying to take care of all the requests, some were left untouched and missed in a flooded inbox.

Customers were impatient. They weren't ready to wait for hours for customer support to step in and take care of their questions. Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center was facing a huge problem: high customer leaving rates.

They had a hard time retaining the visitors in line and turning them to the paid customers while reducing the support costs. The fitness market is highly competitive, and Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center realized that, if they continue the manual support with limited results, they are leaving their business behind and losing the customers.

The Solution

Le - owner of Daily Lift Yoga & Fitness center contacted us one Tuesday morning in March 2019. She came to know BotStar from our sales reps in Vietnam and was interested in our products.
