The UI enhancement has brought us a big change in the color of the message containers and message composer. To be specific, the text in the chat box will be slightly bigger and easier for the chat users to use and read. A clear message and better color contrast will put your eyes at ease.
Cool design alone cannot make a great chat, so we add chat animation to the Live Chat. It creates a lively experience and of course, less boring.
Files are boxes of information.
Files can represent complex information, above and beyond message text a PDF, a document, a photo, etc.
Clearly, allowing uploading files can communicate more succinctly and precisely.
We know you have been waiting for this for so long. So yes, finally it’s here in BotStar’s new Live Chat. This function will help you exchange, collect information in various formats including images and audio files. When you or chat users upload a file to BotStar, BotStar becomes the host for your file, taking care of its safe storage.
The common file formats that BotStar’s Live chat supports include:

Sometimes, expressing yourself with words is not enough, and you just need this smiley face, heart-shaped eyes icon to speak out how much you appreciate your visitors and customers. The way of providing service via messages will be less intimidated, yet still engaging.
You can also upload cute pictures, memes, or gifs from your computer to the conversation using our file sharing option. One picture speaks thousands of words, we think it goes the same meaning with emojis.
