We have recently added a new Module Outlet action in your bot flow, which allows you to add multiple Module Outlets inside a module to quickly exit from a parent module. This feature gives you the flexibility to branch out the conversation from blocks to modules, and modules to modules as well.
Curious about how this feature acts, see the example below!
Wondering how to not bother your users with repeating the same message in the chat? We’ve got it covered! It is now possible to use the “has no/any value” condition on connector to find out whether data is empty or not. With those conditions, your bot will know if it has specific information from its users to avoid the repeated question.
Take a look at the following example to understand how this condition works. In this scenario, your bot will automatically ask for delivery information without asking for the customer’s phone number again if it’s already had that information.
You can also use these new conditions to filter your audiences by name, email, birthday, tags and custom fields. For instance, you might want to filter to target those who have subscribed but haven’t shared the phone number with your bot, the “has no/any value” condition would help significantly in this case.
BotStar now offers you a new TEAM plan which will help you run your business with your support team. Our TEAM plan allows you to purchase extra seats for your friends & co-workers to give them access to your bot. Then your team can work together collaboratively from a streamlined dashboard and get the high-level support. For more detailed information, please see our pricing site!
Besides, with our fixed price for bot plans, you are now flexible to buy multiple bots with just necessary features and upgrade them separately.
